How to Create a Macro?

  1. Settings > Macros (under Manage)

2) Add Macro (top right)

  • Macro Name = Blah Blah Scheduled Desktop Support
  • Description = blank
  • Available for All Agents = Me only (don’t want to clog up other people's macros)
  • Actions:
  • Comment Mode = Private
  • Comment/description = YOUR MACRO HERE(example below)
